  • Driven and led by the Holy Spirit as coordinating, planning, executing critical church functions

  • Being able to discern and also to give room for the Spirit to move and work

  • To see the need of ministries, members and congregation

Wise Stewards

  • Recognizing that everything belongs to God to be good stewards over what God has given and provided.

  • To help and support the needs of the church and ministries with resources blessed by the Lord

  • Monitor spending of the church to ensure that spending stays within the budget

  • discipleship through stewardship of church resources

  • “A person should think of us in this way: as servants of Christ and managers of the mysteries of God. In this regard, it is required that managers be found faithful.” 1 Corinthians 4:1-2

Qualifications & Expectations

  • Possess a personal belief in the Lord and Jesus Christ as Savior

  • Be in agreement with Glory LA’s stated mission and goals

  • Active member of Glory LA’s offered Family Groups

    • Attendance/Participation in Family Group will be reviewed and evaluated monthly

  • Committed heart & dedicated heart

    • Being on time for all meetings

    • Extra meetings will be announced by ministry overseers prior to required meetings (retreat preparations meetings, annual finance report meetings, etc.)

Skills (preferable but not required)

  • Planning, organizing, delegating, evaluating effectiveness of existing methods and procedure, clear communication
